Very important: Paypal issue to resolve

Dear Student / Client.

Thank you for your recent purchase. Your package will be ready to be shipped shortly. As we announce in our policy for each product or educational service "Order is processed only: Your order is processed (the educational service is activated or the product is shipped) only when your payment (paypal or other method used) is fully credited to our account." 

You need to do the following management in your paypal account. Your payment has not yet been fully released on our account. Paypal recommends that we contact you to verify the receipt of our product or educational service. This is for your safety and clear transaction with us. Your payment will then be credited to our account.

WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

Sorry, but this happens sometimes and is strictly a paypal issue.
This is a withholding that Paypal's algorithm automatically performs according to its policies, and it can happen because your paypal account is new, or you are a Non-US - Verified Paypal payment sender, or your credit card has not been validated.
Don't worry, because surely your payment has already been debited from your paypal account, but it has not been deposited in our paypal account, therefore this money is in paypal's possession and will be released in the periods we are notifying you.

 

HOW TO SPEED UP THE RELEASE OF YOUR PAYMENT TO OUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT:

After 72 hours of your payment (between 3 to 5 business days, Saturdays and Sundays do not apply) click on activity at the top of the page of your paypal account. Locate and click on the original payment resume for the purchase of the item or service. Click on the Confirm receipt option. Click on the YES option to confirm receipt of your order, product or service (check out our instructional video below). Remember that this option may take between 2 to 5 business days to appear in your paypal account. Be patient and be attentive to perform this procedure once this option is activated in your paypal payment transaction.

After performing the above action at your end, your payment will be released to us after confirmation of delivery of the product or service. We will then proceed to complete your order.

Your product shipment, study course activation or other digital service may be standby at this time or already have been released to you. Once the payment is fully registered in our paypal account, if your product, digital service or full access in the online classroom have not been released yet, we will proceed to release it.

SUMMARY OF HOW TO SPEED UP THE RELEASE OF YOUR PAYMENT TO OUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT:

  1. After 72 hours of payment, go to the summary of your payment in issue.

  2. Check if the "confirm receipt" button is already enabled at the end.

  3. Click on the button and select accept. Immediately the held payment will be released for us to proceed with your shipment or educational service activation.

  4. If the button does not appear in your summary you will have to wait between 9 to 21 days for paypal to release this payment for us to proceed with your shipment or activation of products or services.
